CTGfai Account & Data Deletion
CTGfai is published by Tizfai Technologies AB. This page explains how to delete your CTGfai account and exactly what is removed. Unlike DocFai, CTGfai holds no medical record, so nothing is retained in de-identified form — the deletion is complete.
1. Delete From Inside the App
- Open CTGfai and sign in, if you are not already signed in.
- Tap the info icon in the top bar to open the About page.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when asked.
The account is deleted immediately. It is not a support ticket, there is no waiting period, and it cannot be undone.
2. Delete by Email
If you no longer have the app installed, or can no longer sign in, email kamal@tizfai.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject “CTGfai account deletion”. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will confirm once it is done.
3. What Is Deleted
- Your name and email address.
- Your sign-in identity with Google or Apple, including the account held for CTGfai in Firebase Authentication.
- Your assessment history, your remaining free and bonus assessments, and your subscription status.
- Any rating, review or assessment feedback you submitted.
- Your activity log.
All of it goes at once. Nothing is moved to an archive and nothing is restorable afterwards. Signing in again creates a new, empty account.
4. What Is Not Stored in the First Place
CTG images are never saved. An image is sent for analysis, the result is returned to your device, and the image is discarded. There is therefore no image history attached to your account to delete.
5. Your Subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription — only the store can do that. Cancel it in the Play Store or App Store subscription settings before deleting your account, otherwise billing continues.
