CTGfai EULA

1. License Grant

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use CTGfai for your own professional clinical work. This license is personal and is not for resale, sublicensing, or redistribution.

2. Who May Use CTGfai

• Licensed midwives and licensed physicians only.
• You confirm your professional status when you first use the assessment feature, and you are responsible for that confirmation being accurate.
• CTGfai is not intended for patients, students acting without supervision, or the general public.

3. Clinical Responsibility

CTGfai is decision support. It is not a medical device, it does not make a diagnosis, and it does not replace your professional judgement or your local guidelines. Every clinical decision, including any action taken or not taken after reading an assessment, remains yours. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and must always be reviewed against the original trace and the clinical picture.

4. Patient Data

• Remove or obscure patient-identifying information before submitting an image. The app provides a redaction tool for this purpose.
• CTG images are sent to a third-party AI provider for analysis, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You remain responsible for lawful handling of patient-related data and for following your institution policy and applicable healthcare law.
• Generated journal notes are structured to contain no patient-identifying information. You are responsible for checking a note before entering it into a medical record.

5. Restricted Use

• No reverse engineering, tampering, or bypassing of controls.
• No sharing of your account or sign-in with another person.
• No use that violates local healthcare, privacy, or data protection law.
• No bulk automation, scraping, or abusive traffic patterns.

6. Free Assessments, Subscriptions and Billing

• A limited number of free assessments is provided per account, and further assessments may be unlocked by subscription.
• Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google through their stores, under their terms, and renew until cancelled.
• Cancellation and refunds are handled by the store, not by us.
• Deleting your CTGfai account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in the store first.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time. The deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed. Full details are on the CTGfai account deletion page.

8. Updates and Service Changes

We may release updates, security patches and feature changes. Continued use after a release may require an updated app version.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Sweden, unless mandatory law in your country of residence or operation within the EEA requires otherwise. Any dispute shall be handled by the competent courts of Sweden unless mandatory law provides another forum.

10. Warranty and Liability

The app is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, the provider disclaims implied warranties and limits indirect or consequential liability, including liability arising from clinical decisions made with reference to an assessment. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Suspension and Termination

This license may be suspended or terminated in case of misuse, security risk, fraud signals, policy violation, or legal non-compliance.
